| The skills USA chapter this year did pretty well we brought home quite a few metals from the state conference in Columbus. First we had our Team Works made up of Jesse Graves, Trent Sheifer, Shelby Arens, and Deryk Wortman get first and made it on to nationals. Then there was also Carpentry were we had Austin Mann who also got first and Mr. V who got first in the college level. Spencer Steffen who was in Fire Fighting got the Gold and to move on to nationals. Nate Hoffman got First in Pumbing. Dominic Pedersen got Second in Massonary. The participants who didn't quite make it to metal are Travis Poppe who was in Technical Drafting, the Problem Solving Team who were Trent Arens, John Kohles, Austin Fillips, Austin Steffen, and Christian Steffen, and Jon Kleinschmit who was in technical math. | ||
